摘要
以听源性惊厥易感大鼠为模型 ,用免疫细胞化学结合动物行为观察的方法 ,研究了从癫痫点燃后 30 m in至 3d 8个时间点的延髓内脏带内星形胶质细胞特异性标识物胶质原纤维酸性蛋白的分布变化。结果显示 :癫痫点燃后 1h细小型星形胶质细胞数量开始增多 ,尤以孤束核及软膜附近明显 ;6 h后延髓内脏带各区胶质原纤维酸性蛋白阳性细胞均增多 ,以延髓内脏带背内侧区及腹外侧区较为密集 ,中间带状区相对较少 ;1d后肥大型星形胶质细胞开始增多 ;3d后肥大型细胞出现肿胀、变形。此结果提示 :癫痫发作急性期 ,延髓内脏带内星形胶质细胞可能参与了此病理过程 ,对机体应激反应 ,心血管调节。
Distribution and morphology of astrocytes in rat medullary visceral zone (MVZ) were observed from 30 min to 3 d after audiogenic seizures were kindled. Immunohistochemistry were performed to evaluate the immunoreactivity for glial fibrillary acidic protein-a specific marker of astrocytes. 1 h after seizure, the number of small type astrocytes began to increase, especially in the nucleus of solitary tract and the areas near the pia mater. At 6 h GFAPir cell increased more prominently in dorsomedial and ventrolateral zone of MVZ than in intermediate reticular region. The hypertrophic type astrocytes were increased in number after 1 d and some of them showed swollen and morpholysis at 3 d after seizure began. The results indicated that the astrocyte in MVZ might take part in the stress、cardiovascular regulation and internal environment balance during the early or acute seizure pathologic process.
