摘要
为探讨以学生为中心的见习带教模式对护生评判性思维能力的影响,采用分组对照研究的方法,实验组采取以学生为中心的带教模式,对照组采取传统的以教师为中心的带教模式。结果显示实验组护生在"寻找真相、评判思维的自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度"四个评判思维特质的得分以及批判思维总分的得分均高于对照组,期末考试平均得分优于对照组。以学生为中心的见习教学模式可以有效提高护生的评判性思维能力,并能有效促进护生学习的主动性,提高学习成绩。
The study attempted to explore the effects of a student-centered clinicalteachingapproachonnursing students' critical thinking ability.It was conducted as agroup control study.A student-centered approach was administered to the experimental group while the control group was taught by a teacher-centered approach.The result showed that the experimental group achieved significantly higher score in four aspects of critical thinking,including"Truth-seeking,Self-confidence,Inquisitiveness,and Maturity of Judgment".The mean score of final examination is also higher in experimental group.This study indicated that student-centered approach enhanced nursing students' critical thinking abilityand facilitated their willingness to learn.
