大庆油田采出液低温集输处理工艺技术研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 大庆油田地处寒区,所产高凝原油普遍采用加热集输处理工艺,因而每年需要消耗大量的油田气被用作加热燃料烧掉。为了节约油田气,增加生产收益,保护大气环境,近25年来,大庆油田坚持不懈地开展地面系统节气技术研究,先后试验研究成功油井单管不加热集油技术、并联管系定量掺低温水集油技术、采出液低温高效破乳技术、含油污水低温过滤变强度反冲洗与气水反冲洗滤料再生技术,攻克了油井低温集油及采出液低温泵输、低温脱水、低温含油污水处理的技术难关,形成了适用于油田不同开发阶段地面工程系统生产条件的采出液低温集输处理工艺技术,并大规模推广应用,使耗气量降低了30%~45%,取得了显著的经济与社会效益。 Daqing oilfield is located in cold region. The produced high pour point oil is commonly treated in heating gathering treatment process, while(5~6)×10 8m3 natural gas is used as the heating fuel burned up every year. In order to save oilfield gas, increase production benefit and protect atmospheric environment, through constantly researching the gas-saving technology for oilfield surface system, Daqing oilfield has successively developed oil well single pipe no-heating oil gathering technology, parallel pipeline system with low-temperature water blending in fixed quantity oil gathering technology, low-temperature high-efficiency demulsification technology for produced liquid, oily water low-temperature filtering variable intensity backwashing and air-water backwashing filter material regeneration technologies, and overcome the technical difficulties of low-temperature oil gathering and low-temperature pumping for produced liquid in oil well, low-temperature dehydration, low-temperature oily water treatment in the recent 25 years. The suitable low-temperature gathering and process technology for produced liquid under surface engineering system production condition in different development stage of oilfield has been formed, and large scale application has been done, which leads to a 30%~45% gas-consumption reduction and the remarkable economic and social benefits.
