摘要
研究运用振动信号分析法在线监测大型电力变压器绕组机械结构参数及其变化的振动测点布置问题。在分析变压器绕组振动特征、振动传播特性和变压器及其油箱机械结构动力学特性的基础上,对三相大型电力变压器进行了油箱表面振动测点位置选择的实验研究与分析,提出了油箱表面能有效反映三相结构变压器绕组振动的测试区域。最后对一台110kV变压器进行实例分析,验证了所选测试区域的有效性。该研究为电力变压器的振动在线状态监测与故障诊断提供了很好的基础和支持。
This paper aims to study the measuring point selection for on-line monitoring on large power transformer windings vibration.Combined with the analyses of transformer winding vibration characteristics,vibration transmission,the transformer and its tank mechanical structure characteristics,relevant experimental researches on selection of measur-ing positions are conducted for three-phase transformers,the effective test area on transformer tank is also proposed.Fi-nally,a 110 kV power transformer is chosen to verify the validity of the selected test area,which can effectively reflect the transformer winding vibration.The studies provide a good foundation and support for on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of power transformer.
