摘要
分析了民族地区新农村建设中防灾减灾能力建设的现状、困境及存在问题的原因，并对民族地区新农村建设中防灾减灾能力建设提出了相关的对策。
This paper analyzed the present situation of disaster prevention and mitigation capability construction in new rural construction in ethnic areas. It gave further analysis of the problems and their reasons in disaster prevention and mitigation capacity building and put forward relevant countermeasures.
