摘要
文摘读者需求是馆藏文献的主要采访依据,分析读者需求的内容和特点,提出读者需求调查时应把握方法和途径。以及加强对读者需求调查的梳理,进而对采访决策进行调整和适应。最后分析读者基本信息、借阅统计信息、读者主观意向信息、读者荐购系统信息对文献采访决策的影响和作用。
Reader demand is a major basis of literature acquisition. This paper analyzes content and character of reader demand, puts forward methods and ways under investigation of reader demand. Finally it analyzes influence and effect on the decision of literature acquisition from the aspects of basic information of readers, statistical information of literature circulation, subjective intention information of readers and reader recommendation system of literature.
