综合性ICU患者谵妄的危险因素及护理对策 被引量：8

Risk factors and nursing strategies of patients with delirium in comprehensive ICU

摘要 谵妄是一种意识和注意的障碍，伴有认知功能的改变或感知障碍，以急性起病和病情反复波动为特征uI。据报道，ICU内谵妄的发生率高达70％～879／5。笔者对2009年以来我院综合性ICU临床患者进行观察、分析和评估，并提出护理对策，以指导护理工作。
