摘要
以4-乙氧基苯胺、巴豆醛和方酸等为原料,通过Skraup-Doebner-Von Miller、成盐、缩合等多步反应,以较高产率合成出了合成了一种半方酸菁功能染料,并利用FT-IR、1H NMR对其结构进行表征。这种半方酸菁可以用于合成不对称方酸菁染料,用于太阳能电池、生物探针、光动力学治疗等领域。
A functional dye, N-butyl-6-ethoxyquinaldinyl semisquaraine was designed and prepared via Skraup-Doebner-Von Miller and condensation reaction, and the total yield was high. Its structures were characterized by FT-IR, IH NMR. This semisquaraine can be used to synthesize unsymmetrical squaraine, arid the product can be used in many regions, such as solar cell, biosensor and PDT treatment. ~
