摘要
通过对煤制烯烃副产C4资源组分的用途讨论,综述了利用其生产乙烯、丙烯、聚1-丁烯、甲乙酮、1-丁烯、2-丙基庚醇等不同反应的反应原理、工艺流程及工业化进程。得出其最有前途的利用方向是生产丙烯、甲乙酮、1-丁烯、2-丙基庚醇。
The comprehensive utilization of C4 resource as by-product of methanol to olefin process was introduced. Reaction principle, process flow and industrialization of producing ethylene, propylene, poly (1- butane) resin, methyl ethyl ketone, 1- butane ,2- propyheptanol from the Ca resource were discussed. The results show that the best utilization way is to produce propylene, methyl ethyl ketone, 1-butene, 2- propyheptanol.
