摘要 抚顺石化公司石油二厂1.5 Mt/a催化裂化装置于2010年10月进行MIP-CGP工艺改造,并于2011年12月使用专用催化剂CGP-FS。应用结果表明,当CGP-FS催化剂占系统藏量75%时,与使用降烯烃催化剂LDO-70时相比,汽油辛烷值RON上升3.5个单位,达到90左右;汽油烯烃保持在32%左右;液化气丙烯含量上升13%;柴油变重、密度增加、十六烷值下降到22.5;油浆变重、密度增加,芳香烃含量达到85%左右;液化气收率增加5.33%,汽油产率下降2.62%,油浆产率下降2.27%,轻收下降2.89%,总液收上升1.44%。 In October 2010, 1.5 Mt/a catalytic cracking unit in Fushun petrochemical company No.2 refinery was improved with MIP-CGP process, and special catalyst CGP-FS was applied into the improved unit ifi December 2011. The results indicated that when CGP-FS catalyst accounted for 75%, octane value of gasoline-RON was up by 3.5 units, more than 90; gasoline olefin remained below 32%; liquefied propylenecontent increased by 13%; diesel oil increased in weight and density, sixteen alkyl value was down to 22.5; slurry oil increased in weight and density, aromatic hydrocarbon content reached about 85%; LPG yield increased by 5.33%, gasoline yield decreased by 2.62%, the yield of slurry decreased by 2.27%, light receiving decreased by 2.89%, and the total liquid yield increased by 1.44%.
