摘要
尖晶石结构的锰酸锂(LiMn2O4)由于其对环境友好,价格较为便宜,已经成为未来动力锂电池的适用阴极材料之一。不同的合成方法以及合成条件对锰酸锂的形貌及其性能具有极大的影响。本研究分别采用溶剂凝胶法、固相法、熔融盐法方法合成LiMn2O4。并通过X-射线衍射、扫描电镜(SEM)、循环伏安法电池性能测试对合成产物的组成、结构、形貌和电化学性能进行表征,进而研究影响产品的性能及形貌的诸多因素,并筛选出较为合适的合成条件以提高锂电池正极材料LiMn2O4的电化学性能。
Spinel Lithium manganese oxide, as a cathode material, is with its environment friendly, low -price. Therefore, it becomes one of the candidates for lithium power battery. Different synthetic methods and synthetic conditions on the lithium nickel - manganese oxide have a great impact on its morphology and its performance. The solvent - gel, solid - state and molten salt methods were used to synthesis the production. X- ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) test were employed to examine the structure and to study the morphology of the resulted product, thus finding the impactions of synthetic methods to the productions'morphology and its performance, then find out the best method and conditions for the synthesis of lithium manganese oxide in the lithium - ion battery.
