电Fenton法协同改性粉煤灰处理活性艳蓝废水

摘要 采用电Fenton法协同改性粉煤灰处理活性艳蓝KN-R废水。实验考察了Fe-C比,改性粉煤灰的投加量对处理效果的影响;并通过正交试验对H2O2投入量、pH值和搅拌时间进行了优化。结果表明:在100 mL废水中加入铁刨花12g,活性碳量2g,改性粉煤灰5g,30%H2O2用量6mL,以及pH值为4和搅拌时间1h的条件下,处理效果最好,色度去除率达98%,COD去除率达87%,达到了国家污水排放一级标准。 In this paper, the active brilliant blue KN - R wastewater was treated by electric Fenton system combined with modified fly ash. The influence of the fraction ratio of Fe - C and modified fly ash is studied. Feed capacity of H2O2, pH and stirring time were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The optimal operating conditions are as foUowing: the dosage of iron shavings was 12g, active carbon was 2g, modified fly ash is 5g,H2O2 was 6mL, pH was 4,stirring time was lhour in 100 mL waste water. Under these conditions, the COD and chromaticity removal rate could reach87% and 98% individually.
