摘要
目的探讨尾加压素Ⅱ(Ⅶ)在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OS-AHS)患者中的病理生理学作用。方法选择健康人30例(对照组)和T2DM合并轻、中、重度OSAHS患者各90例(试验组),采用放射免疫法测定血浆中v、动脉血氧饱和度及空腹血糖水平。结果试验组轻度、中度、重度患者血浆Ⅶ的水平分别为(6.8±0.9)、(7.9±1.8)、(9.2±1.1)pg/ml;对照组为(7.1±1.0)pg/ml,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组轻、中、重患者夜间平均血氧饱和度分别为(86.4±2.9)、(82.2±3.8)、(60.8±15.2)%,对照组为(94.3±5.6)%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组轻、中、重患者空腹血糖水平分别为(7.2±1.1)、(8.5±2.1)、(11.6±1.4)mmol/L,对照组为(4.5±0.7)mmol/L,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组3组间两两比较各项指标间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UII的增高可能是T2DM合并OSAHS患者疾病发生、发展的重要因素,且OSAHS程度越重,Ⅶ、血糖水平越高。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and significance of serum Urotensin II (UII) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)patients with severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). Methods Total 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and severe OSAS (trial group) and 30 normal people (control group) were enrolled. The contents of serum UII were detected with radioimmunoassay, and saturation of arterial blood oxygen (SpO2) and the levers of fasting glucose were detected. Results The levels of serum UII in the trial group (mild, moderate, severe) and in control group were (6.8±0.9) pg/ml, (7.9 ±1.8) pg/ml, (9.2±1.1) pg/ml and (7.1 ±1.0) pg/ml, and the differences in the four groups were significant (P〈0.05); SpO2 in trial group (mild, moderate, severe) and control group were (86. 4 ±2.9) %, (82.2 ± 3.8) %, (60.8 ± 15.2) % and (94.3 ±5.6) %, there were significant different in trial group and control group (P 〈 0. 05) ; the fasting glucose (FPG) in trial group (mild, moderate, severe) and control group were (7.2± 1.1 ) mmol/1, (8.5 ±2. 1 ) mmol/L, ( 11.6 ± 1.4) mmol/L and (4. 5 ±0. 7) mmol/L, the different in trial group and control group were significant (P 〈 0. 05). The levels of serum UII, SpO2 and FPG were significant different in two trial groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Increase of Urotensin II may be an important factor for occurrence and development of T2DM patients with OSAS.
