摘要
提出一种在四轴专用数控试验台上铣削加工罗茨鼓风机三叶扭叶转子的方法.针对扭叶转子的曲面特征,着重阐述了其三维建模、刀具轨迹生成、数控仿真与实际加工的技术方法.
A method of milling twisted lobe rotor of Roots blower in special NC four-axis test bed was proposed in this paper.Three-dimensional modeling,numerical control simulation,tool path generation,and the actual processing were explained in connection with the surface feature of twisted lobe rotor.
