摘要
目的通过大鼠糖尿病性勃起功能障碍(ED)模型研究氧化损伤与ED的关系及作用机制,为ED的抗氧化治疗提供理论和实验依据。方法注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病大鼠模型,在注射8周后观察阴茎勃起次数,取阴茎海绵体组织,低温匀浆、离心后取上清液,用比色法测定丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。结果糖尿病大鼠的阴茎勃起次数显著低于对照组;与对照组相比,糖尿病ED组阴茎组织内SOD明显降低,MDA明显增高。结论糖尿病ED组大鼠阴茎海绵体组织中MDA含量升高及SOD含量降低可能是导致ED的原因之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between erectile dysfunction and oxidative damage using the rat model of diabetic dysfunction, and providethe theoretical and experimental basis for antioxidant treatment for erectile dysfunction. Methods Rats with diabetes mellitus were first induced by intraperitoneal injection with streptozotncin. Eight weeks later, rat model with erectile dysfunction were built by injection wih apomorphine(APO). The concentrations of MDA and SOD in corpus cavernous were detected by spectrophotometry. Results Compared with that of the normal control group,the erectile times and the concentrations of SOD of the diabetes mellitus group were obviously decreased, and the concentrations of MDA significantly increased. Conclusion The hight level of MDA and low level of SOD might cause erectile dysfunction.
