Heat Energy and Exergy Analyses of Conventional and Low-Temperature Fiber Drying Process

摘要 为实现中密度纤维板(MDF)生产的节能降耗,提高能量利用率,对MDF生产线的常规和低温纤维干燥工段进行了热、利用的对比分析。结果表明:与常规纤维干燥工艺相比,低温干燥工艺的热效率更高,干燥过程消耗热能低,且低温干燥设备的效率较高,可更有效地利用干燥能量。针对上述结果,从分析的角度,提出了MDF生产线节能改造、提高能量利用效率的建议。 In order to improve the energy efficiency of medium density fiberboard (MDF) manufacturing, the heat ,energy and exergy utilization during the conventional and low temperature fiber drying processes were compared. The results showed that heat energy utilization efficiency during the low temperature drying process was higher than during the conventional process. The specific heat energy consumption was lower in the low temperature process than consumption using the conventional process. The authors also found that the low temperature process exergy efficiency was higher than with the conventional drying process. Finally, some suggestions for saving energy during MDF production were provided.
