"专家治校"是高等教育发展阶段理论和我国现阶段高等教育发展的现实需要,是完善我国特色现代大学制度内部制度建设的重要内容;"专家治校"要求处于学校管理核心地位的校长职业化,成为教育家;"专家治校"要求处于学校管理中坚地位的中层管理者专业化,成为专业的高等教育管理者。
＂School governance by experts＂ is the requirement of higher education development theory and the current development of higher education in China. It is also an important part of the construction of the internal system of the modern university institution with Chinese characteristics. ＂School governance by experts＂ de- mands that the president, who has the core position in school governance, should be professionalized to be- come an educator and that the mid-level administrators, who are the nucleus of school governance, should be specialized to become professional higher education managers.
