摘要
针对余吾煤业N1203综放工作面回采过程中由于采煤机切割岩石产生火花并点燃局部积聚瓦斯引发的矿井火灾事故,结合矿井瓦斯涌出量大的实际,在综合分析火区特点的基础上,实施"抑爆优先、灭火为主"的治理方案,并详细阐述了采区大面积封堵、地面打钻注浆隔离、注氮和注液态二氧化碳以及火区监测技术,实践表明,在采取一定封堵措施后,大流量连续性注入惰性气体可有效降低火区氧气浓度,抑制瓦斯爆炸和熄灭火区。
According to the mine fire disaster accident caused by the local accumulated gas ignited by the sparks occurred from the rock cutting by the coal shearer during the mining process of the No. 1203 coal miming face in Yuwu Coal Mining Company, in combination with the large mine gas emission actual conditions, base on the comprehensive analysis on the fire zone features, a control plan with "explosion suppression first and fire extinguishment second" was conducted. The paper in detail stated the large area sealing of the mining block, surface borehole for grouting and isolation, nitrogen injection and liquid carbon dioxide injection as well as the fire area monitoring and measuring technology. The practices showed that with certain sealing measures conducted, the large flow continued inert gas injection could effectively reduce the oxygen content in the fire zone and could restrict the gas explosion and the fire extinguished zone.
