摘要
中职班主任在中职教育中处于重要地位,应加强与学生的交流和沟通,与学生形成良好的师生关系,尊重学生、爱护学生,并做好各项班级管理工作,给予学生生活上、学生上、就业上的帮助,使得学生得到全面的发展。笔者结合自身的实际工作经验,对目前中职班主任工作现状进行分析,并提出完善中职班主任工作的对策,希望对中职班主任工作的研究提供一定的参考价值。
Vocational teachers take an important position in the vocational education, should strengthen exchange and communication with students, and form a good relationship between teachers and students, respect for the students, care to students, do a good job of class management, give students life, students, employment help, make the comprehensive development of students. The author combines actual work experience, analysis of the current status of the vocational teacher, and put forward countermeasures to improve vocational teacher, hope to provide some reference value of vocational teacher work.
