摘要
案例教学法有利于调动学生积极性,促进师生互动,具有培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力及提升学生思辨能力的作用,因而能更好地服务于管理类专业的教学目标。但在教学实施过程中,教师需根据管理学原理课程的特点,娴熟运用实施方法,精心准备案例,精巧驾驭课堂,才能充分挖掘案例教学法的潜能。
The case teaching method is conducive to engage students,promote student-teacher interaction,with the ability to train students to analyze and solve problems,and to enhance the role of the students' capacity for critical thought,and thus better able to serve the professional management class teaching goals.But in the teaching process,teachers should be in accordance with the characteristics of the Principles of Management course,skillful use of methods of implementation,carefully prepared case,sophisticated manage the classroom,in order to fully tap the potential of the case teaching method.
