选择1日龄罗斯肉鸡240只,分为4个处理组,处理组1肉鸡日粮中添加金霉素,处理组2添加枯草芽孢杆菌,处理组3添加丝兰提取物,处理组4同时添加丝兰提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌。结果显示,处理组4肉鸡末体重、饲料增重比、血清尿酸浓度显著优于处理组1(P<0.05),处理组2和3之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。处理组2和4饲料蛋白表观代谢率和血清白蛋白浓度,显著高于处理组1(P<0.05)。试验证明,枯草芽孢杆菌与丝兰提取物能显著提高肉鸡对饲料蛋白质的消化与利用率,具有协同改善肉鸡生长性能的作用。
Two hundred and forty new born broilers(ROSS 308) were assigned to four treatment groups to study the effects of Yucca extracts and Bacillus Subtilis feed additive on diet nutrient utilization and blood chemistry. The broiler feed additives of group 1 to 4 were aureomycin, Bacillus Subtilis, Yucca extracts, and the combination of Bacillus Subtilis and Yucca extracts. In the experimental period of 42 days, the final body weight, feed efficiency (ratio of feed intake to body weight gain), and serum uric acid contents of group 4 broilers were significant(P〈0.05) to group 1, and those of group 2 and 3 broilers were no differences(P〉0.05). For apparent availability of crude protein and broiler serum albumin concentration, group 2 and 4 were significant higher than group l(P〈O.05). These findings proved that Yucca extracts and Bacillus Subtilis had the synergism of improving broiler growth performance by enhancing the feed protein digestibility and utilization.
