摘要
为了使纤维胶粉沥青混合料(干法)具有较好的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等,在分析纤维胶粉复合改性沥青混合料原材料及级配组成特点的基础上,对其进行初步配合比设计,并以AC13、SMA13和自拟的间断级配进行配合比设计和试验对比分析。根据击实回弹率、车辙、浸水马歇尔、冻融劈裂等指标确定SMA13为合适的矿料级配类型。
In order to enable Asphalt Mixture Modified with Crumb Rubber and Fiber(dry process) to have the good high temperature stability,the low temperature crack resistance,the water susceptibility etc.,based on the analysis of the modifying asphalt blend raw material and the characteristic of gradation composition,Carries on the preliminary mixture ratio design to it,and carries on the mixture ratio design and the experiment contrastive analysis by AC13,SMA13 and a self gap-graded.According to the indexes such as the compaction rebound rate,the wheel rut,immerse targets Marshall,freezing and thawing cleavage etc.,it is determined that SMA13 is the appropriate mineral aggregate gradation type.
