气道平滑肌细胞免疫调节功能与哮喘 被引量:3

摘要 气道平滑肌反应性增强是哮喘的重要表现之一,而气道平滑肌的收缩归根到底决定于气道平滑肌细胞。近年研究发现,气道平滑肌细胞除了具有收缩功能外,还具有免疫调节功能,可以分泌多种炎性因子影响细胞外基质(ECM)的组成,同时还可以分泌黏附分子使肥大细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、T淋巴细胞与之结合并相互作用,参与炎症、哮喘样改变以及病毒感染等病理过程。
