摘要
以丙烯酸为主要原料,辐射合成了吸水树脂,并以珍珠岩(对照)和吸水树脂吸营养液后制成的水晶泥作为基质栽培银边沿阶草,研究了吸水树脂(水晶泥)的耐降解性和切块的粒径、营养液浓度及叶面肥对栽培效果的影响。结果表明:吸水树脂在紫外灯下连续辐射1 440 min后,仍然有较好的强度;用吸水树脂作为栽培基质比珍珠岩作栽培基质好;吸水树脂粒径大小控制在中粒径2~3 cm有利于银边沿阶草生长;营养液浓度对其生长影响达极显著水平,但以低浓度营养液最好;栽培过程中补施用叶面肥更有利于植株生长。
Radiation synthesis of water-absorbent resin using acrylic acid as the main raw material, and its degradation tolerance was tested. The crystal mud, nutrient solution absorbed water-absorbent resin, and the perlite (control) were chosen as matrix to cultivate Ophiopogon intermedius cv. Argenteo, then the changes in growing rate of interior leaf and total weight of plant of Ophiopogon intermedius cv. Argenteo were determined in order to study the influences of diameter of crystal mud particle, concentration of nutrient solution and foliar fertilizer on cultivation effect. The results showed that after continuous radiation under UV light for 1 440 rain, water-absorbent resin still had good intensity; water-absorbent resin was a better cultivation matrix than perlite; controlling particle size of water-absorbent resin within 2-3 cm is good for growth of Ophiopogon intermedius cv. Argenteo; concentration of nutrient solution affected growth of Ophiopogon intermedius cv. Argenteo at extremely significant level, therefore, it is better to use low concentration of nutrient solution; application of foliar fertilizer during cultivation process will help the growth of Ophiopogon intermedius cv. Argenteo.
