摘要 为了解杨树菌材和传统菌材栽培天麻的化学成分,评价杨树菌材栽培天麻的质量,测定和分析了湖北省宜昌下堡坪、五峰、鹤峰的杨树菌材和传统菌材栽培天麻的HPLC指纹图谱.结果表明:各地不同菌材栽培天麻的HPLC指纹图谱主峰数量与分布相似,杨树菌材栽培天麻的HPLC指纹图谱与栎树菌材相近,但两者各特征峰的紫外吸收强度明显弱于栗树菌材. To clarify the chemical composition of Gastrodia elata Blume (GEB) cultivated with poplar and tradional material and the quality of GEB cultivated with poplar material, HPLC fingerprint was used to determine and analyze the different GEB samples from Xiabaoping of Yichang City, Wufeng and Hefeng County of Hubei Provice. The results indicated that the quantities and distributions of main peaks were very similar among the HPLC fingerprints of different GEB. The HPLC fingerprints of GEB cultivated with poplar materials were similar to oak material, but the UV absorption intensity of their characteristic peaks were obviously weaker than chestnut material.
