葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 葡萄球菌性烫伤样皮肤综合征(staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome,SSSS)是由凝固酶阳性,嗜菌体Ⅱ组71型金黄色葡萄球菌产生的表皮剥脱毒素(exfoliative toxin,ET)所致。本病多发生于6岁以下的儿童,尤其是刚出生的婴幼儿,成人较少见,可能与成人肾脏代谢和排泄毒素能力较强有关,伴有免疫缺陷及肾衰等疾病的成人也较易发生本病[1]。SSSS按临床表现可分为局限型和泛发型。
