摘要
以太原市煤气化股份有限公司第二焦化厂JN60型焦炉为例,介绍了立火道温度的测量方法及原理,通过实时检测燃烧室温度和相邻上升管粗煤气温度的变化,系统地分析了立火道温度波峰、波谷与炭化室的结焦状态之间的对应关系,以对调火操作、稳定焦炉温度和保证焦炭质量起到指导作用。
The temperature measuring method of the vertical flue was introduced, taking the Model JN60 coke oven of the Second Coking Plant of Taiyuan Coal Gasification Co., Ltd. as an example. Systematic analysis was made on the co- incidence relation between the crest/trough of the temperature wave of the vertical flue and the coking state of the coking chamber through real time detection of the temperature variation of the combustion chamber and the crude gas in the adja- cent standpipe. It plays a positive role in fire-adjusting operation, oven temperature stabilization and coke quality en- surance.
