We should implement connect system, medical record coding re-check system, medical record closed supply system, medical record copy appointment mail mode, and promote hommization service concept. We should persist training and learning long-term mechanism, implement mechanism of quality control in three levels record management, establish medical record writing incentive mechanism, finally effectively improve raedi- cal record management and the writing quality of medical record.
