摘要
用活性炭纤维(ACF)对溶液中苯酚进行吸附处理,考察了该吸附过程的动力学方程和吸附等温线方程,并用不同的方法将饱和ACF进行再生.实验结果表明:ACF吸附苯酚过程遵循一级反应动力学方程,等温吸附过程能用Freundlich吸附等温式较好地拟合.水洗、水煮、酸浸、超声、加热都能有效地将饱和的ACF再生,其中在300℃加热再生后的ACF对苯酚的去除率最高,能够达到85%,但该条件下再生ACF表面遭到破坏,随着再生次数的增加,去除率降低.
The activated carbon fiber (ACF) was used to adsorpt the phenol in water. The kinetic equation, adsorption isotherms, and methods of regeneration were studied. The kinetics analysis results indicated that the removal process of phenol by electrosorption can be described by first-order reaction kinetics and Freundlich adsorption isotherm. The saturated ACF can be regenerated by washing with water, boling in wate, acid bathing, ultrasound and heating at 300℃, and the regeneration effect of heating at 300℃ is optimal, the removal ratio of phenol can reach 85%, but the ACF surface is damaged and the removal ratio of phenol is reduced with the increase of regeneration number.
