摘要
目的观察镍钛记忆合金治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法选取笔者所在医院2010年3月~2011年5月收治的100例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组60例和对照组40例,分别采用镍钛记忆合金聚髌器和张力带钢丝治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果 (1)两组患者术中出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但手术时间、术后膝关节功能恢复时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组优43例,良15例,优良率为96.7%;对照组优22例,良12例,优良率为85.0%。两组患者膝关节功能优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对髌骨粉碎性骨折进行镍钛记忆合金聚髌器内固定可以显著提高术后膝关节功能康复效果,且具有手术时间短、操作简便、术后膝关节功能恢复快等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of applying nickel titanium memory alloy in the treatment of patella comminuted fracture. Methods 100 cases with patella comminuted fracture receiving a treatment in the author's hospital from March 2010 to May 2011 were chosen as study objects. They were divided into the observation group (60 cases) and the control group (40 cases) according to different treatment methods. Then, nickel titanium memory alloy patellar concentrator and tension band wire were used in two groups respectively. The clinical therapeutic effects of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results (1) The intra-operative bleeding amounts of the patients in the two groups were not significantly different (P 〉 0.05), but the operation time and the post-operative knee-joint function recovery time were significantly different (P 〈 0.05), and the differences are of statistical significance. (2) In the observation group, 43 cases obtained excellent curative effect and 15 cases obtained good curative effect, so the excellent-good rate was 96.7%. In the control group, 22 cases obtained excellent curative effect and 12 cases good curative effect, so the excellent-good rate was 85.0%. Therefore, the excellent-good rates of the knee-joint functions of the patients in two groups were significantly different (P 〈 0.05), and the difference is of statistical significance. Conclusion The post-operative knee-joint function recovery effect can be significantly improved through internally fixing the patella comminuted fr^ture with nickel titanium memory alloy patellar concentrator, and also this method features short operation time, simple processing, other advantages.
