CD44V在口腔鳞状细胞癌患者外周血及癌组织表达的研究

摘要 目的:研究口腔鳞状细胞癌患者外周血可溶性CD44V的含量及口腔鳞癌组织中CD44v5、CD44v7的表达。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测39例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者术前外周血及30例健康成人外周血中可溶性CD44V含量;采用免疫组织化学方法测定同一口腔鳞状细胞癌患者口腔鳞癌组织中CD44v5、CD44v7的表达。结果:39例口腔鳞状细胞癌患者外周血可溶性CD44V的含量明显低于正常对照组,两者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。11例发生淋巴结转移的口腔鳞状细胞癌,其原发灶与转移灶(淋巴结)内CD44v5、CD44v7的表达水平均有统计学差异(P<0.05),且原发灶高于转移灶。同一口腔鳞状细胞癌患者术前外周血可溶性CD44V含量水平与口腔鳞癌组织中CD44v5、CD44v7的表达强度均未见相关性。结论:外周血中可溶性CD44V的含量水平对于口腔鳞状细胞癌的诊断可能具有参考价值;CD44v5、CD44v7的表达与口腔鳞状细胞癌的转移有一定的相关性。 Objective:To investigate the level of soluble CD44V in peripheral blood and the expression of CD44v5 and CD44v7 in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). Methods:The level of soluble CD44V in peripheral blood was detected by Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay in 39 oral squamous cell carcinoma patients and 30 healthy adults. CD44v5 and CD44v7 expression was also revealed by immunohistochemical staining in 39 OSCC cases. Results:The level of soluble CD44V in peripheral blood of oral squamous cell carcinoma was much lower than that of healthy adult group, there was statistical significance (P 〈 0.05 ). As to 11 cases which have lymph nodes involvement,the expres- sion levels of CD44v5 and CD44v7 were much higher in the primary tumor than that in the metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; No significant correlation was found between the preoperative level of soluble CD44V in peripheral blood and the expres- sion of CD44v5 or CIM4v7 in tumor tissue. Conclusion:The level change of soluble CD44V in peripheral blood might have value for the diagnosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of CIM4v5 and CD44v7 might be related to oral squamous carcinoma.
