摘要
目的探讨奥美拉唑钠联合血凝酶治疗消化道溃疡并出血患者的疗效。方法 100例消化道溃疡并出血患者,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予奥美拉唑钠;观察组给予奥美拉唑钠联合血凝酶。结果观察组治愈率为38.00%,高于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥美拉唑钠联合血凝酶治疗消化道溃疡并出血疗效可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of omeprazole sodium combined with hemocoaguiase in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcers complicated by bleeding. Methods One hundred patients with gastrointestinal ulcers complicated by bleeding were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given omeprazole sodium and the observation group was given omeprazole sodium combined with hemocoagulase. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 38.00%, which was higher than 20.00% of the control group, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole sodium combined with hemocoagulase shows reliable efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal ulcers complicated by bleeding.
