大鼠实验性牙髓炎组织中炎症信号血管粘附分子-1的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察血管粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)在正常大鼠牙髓及大鼠实验性牙髓炎中的表达情况,探讨其在实验性牙髓炎中的作用。方法应用开髓暴露法建立大鼠实验性牙髓炎模型,采用免疫组化法及图像分析技术检测正常牙髓组、牙髓炎1h组、1d组、3d组、5d组、7d组中VCAM-1的表达情况。结果正常牙髓组织中存在VCAM-1,VCAM-1在实验组比正常组阳性表达增强,光密度值增高,实验组第1天第达到高峰,到第7天逐渐减少,总体差异有统计学意义。结论与正常牙髓组织相比,炎症牙髓组织中VCAM-1表达增强,提示VCAM-1在牙髓炎发展过程中起一定作用。 Objective To observe the expression of vascular adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1)in experimental pulpitis of rat. Methods Rat experimental pulpitis was established. VCAM-1 expression was detected by immunohistochemical staining in normal dental pulp, and in pulpitis at day 0,1,3,5, and 7, respectively. The staining was analyzed by imaging system. Results Image analysis showed that normal dental pulp tissue contained a small quantity of VCAM-1. However,expression of VCAM-1 was observed stronger in experiment pulpitis with the peak in the pulpitis at day 1 and then gradually reduced. Conclusion This study showed that VCAM 1 was significantly increased in the experiment pulpitis,suggesting that VCAM-1 may play a role dental pulpitis.
