摘要
采用田间小区试验方法,研究了氮、磷、钾肥对金银花产量及药用成分绿原酸、木犀草苷含量的影响。结果表明,在基施生物发酵鸡粪(N-P2O5-K2O=1.58-3.08-1.72)4.5 t/hm2基础上,施化肥氮(N)为0~450 kg/hm2的范围内,金银花产量随着施肥量的增加呈增加趋势,其中施氮(N)450 kg/hm2处理单株产量最高,而绿原酸含量随施氮量的增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,当施氮量超过240 kg/hm2时,随着施氮量的增加而下降,但各处理间差异未达到显著水平;磷肥能有效地提高金银花的产量,施磷(P2O5)为360 kg/hm2时单株产量最高,施P2O5量在0~180 kg/hm2的范围内,绿原酸随着施磷量增加而增加,超过180 kg/hm2时,绿原酸含量随施磷量的增加而显著下降;在施K2O量在0~300 kg/hm2的范围内,金银花产量随着施钾量的增加而增加,而绿原酸含量以施钾量为225 kg/hm2时最高。其中当N、P2O5、K2O施用量分别在240~360,180~360,150~225 kg/hm2范围内,四茬金银花药用成分木犀草苷平均含量达到《中国药典》标准的0.05%,处理间差异不显著,但超过此施肥量范围木犀草苷含量则下降。
This research was studied the effects N,P and K fertilizer on yields,Chlorogenic acid and Luteolin of Lonicera Japonica Thunb by the field plot experiment.With the basal application of biological fermentation of chicken manure(N-P2O5-K2O=1.58-3.08-1.72) 4.5 t/ha,the yields of Lonicera Japonica Thunb was increasing with the increasing of amount of fertilizer N application at the range of 0-450 kg/ha.When the amount N was 450 kg/ha,the yields achieved the maximum.Chlorogenic acid content decreased after the first increase with the increased amount of nitrogen.When the nitrogen application was more than 240 kg/ha,chlorogenic acid content decreased with increasing amount of nitrogen,but there were not significant differences among the treatments.P fretilizer could effectively improve the yield,single strains yield was the highest when P2O5 360 kg/ha.Within the range of 0-180 kg/ha chlorogenic acid increased with increasing P2O5 application.Chlorogenic acid content significantly decreased exceed 180 kg/ha.Within the range of 0-300 kg/ha,the yields increased with increasing of the amount of K ferlilizer.The content of chlorogenic acid achieved the maximum when the amount of K2O ferlilizer were 225 kg/ha.When the amount N,P2O5,and K2O were 240-360,180-360,150-225 kg/ha respectively,the Luteolin content achieved 0.05%.
