摘要
在服务资源配置过程中考虑服务资源的补救及中断因素,建立以信任度为目标函数的资源配置模型。分析了服务补救等待时间信任度及服务补救维修时间信任度的函数表达形式,在模型中考虑了服务补救速度、服务补救程度及服务中断概率,最后,通过一个具体的实例验证了资源优化配置模型的有效性。
Considering service resource recovery and interruption, a service resource allocation model with trust degree as the objective function was established. The function expressions of service recovery waiting trust degree and service maintaining time trust degree were analyzed respectively. Service recovery speed, service recovery degree and service interruption probability were all considered in the model. Finally, an illustrative example was presented to show the effectiveness of allocation of resource model.
