摘要
基于上海大众汽车后桥认证过程中采集的大量后桥测量轮6分力载荷数据,借助统计分析工具获得合适的后桥特征值,对历史数据进行归一化处理,推导出后桥的轴头6分力输入的SVP标准载荷谱。为后桥总成的前期开发、计算分析、结构优化以及疲劳寿命的早期判断提供输入载荷依据,为缩短底盘零部件分总成的开发周期服务。
A method of creating standard load spectrums based on large amount of load meas-urement data of rear axles is introduced in this paper. By the use of statistical principles, several spe-cific parameters related to different vehicle models are considered and compared in order to find out the suitable one for standardizing load spectrums. The standard load spectrums can serve as basic load spectrums in virtual test and in fatigue life early evaluation.
