摘要
目的:观察旋毛虫小鼠小肠组织和肌肉组织Caspase-3蛋白表达的变化。方法:建立河南株旋毛虫感染小鼠模型,取3、5、7d成虫期小鼠小肠组织,4、5、6w幼虫期小鼠肌肉组织。采用Western Blot法检测小鼠小肠组织和肌肉组织Caspase-3蛋白的表达情况。结果:旋毛虫成虫发育过程中,小鼠小肠组织Caspase-3蛋白的表达随感染时间的延长升高(P<0.05);旋毛虫幼虫发育过程中,感染5w小鼠肌肉组织Caspase-3蛋白的表达水平最高(P<0.05)。结论:旋毛虫感染可致小鼠小肠组织和肌肉组织Caspase-3蛋白的表达水平升高,且与感染时间有关。
Objective:To observe the changes of Caspase-3 protein in small intestine and muscle tissue of trichinella spiralis mice.Methods:Henan strain trichinella spiralis infected Kunming mice model was established, and Caspase-3 protein expression were detected in small intestine (infected 3d, 5d and 7d) and muscle tissue (infected 4w, 5w and 6w) respectively.Results:With extension of infection time, the expression of Caspase-3 protein in small intestine increased during developmental process of trichinella spimlis adult (P〈 0.05). The expression of Caspase-3 protein in muscle tissue of infected 5w was the highest during developmental process of Irichinella spiralis larvae (p〈 0.05).Condusions:Trichinella spiralis infection can cause increasing of Caspase-3 protein expression in small intestine and muscle tissue of mice, moreover has relations with infection time.
