摘要
保障经费是影响装备使用可用度的重要因素之一,在有限的保障经费下,要使装备具有最大的使用可用度,建立备件供应保障的优化模型尤为重要。根据装备维修作业体系目前由基层级、中继级和基地级三级构成,装备实行三级维修和备件供应保障,建立了一个以保障经费为约束条件的装备可用度最优化模型,最终获取了一个最优的三级备件分配方案。
Security funds is one of the important factors which affect equipment availability, the supply optimization model of spare parts is particularly important for equipment with the greatest operational availability under limited protection funding. Equipment is implemented with three maintenance and spare parts according to the maintenance operations system currently in which grass-roots level, the relay level, and a base level being included. An equipment availability optimization model is built, which takes safeguard the funds as constraint condition, and a best three spare parts distribution plan is obtain ultimately.
