摘要
乡村教师之于乡村的知识分子身份,随着现代文明与教师专业化的发展而日渐式微:其"知识者"角色正在弱化,其"文化人"身份正在消失,其"政治精英"地位正在旁落;他们在追逐与城市教师趋同的专业化过程中,其创造力、判断力与反思力等均在发生全面退化。帮助乡村教师回归内心,融入生活,回归乡土,是回归乡村教师知识分子身份与促进其专业化发展的重要力量源泉。
With the modem civilization and the teachers' professional development, the country intellectual identity of the village teacher is fading. The role of "knowledge" is weakening, the identity of the "intellectuals" arc disappearing, and the "political elite" status is sliping. Its creativity, judgment and reflection arc in degradation in convergence process of chasing specialization of city teachers. Helping village teacher return to the heart, into life and to the native is their power source returning to village teacher identity and promote the professional development.
