摘要
新中国成立以来,我国高校专业设置管理经历了3个阶段。新时期需明确政府、市场、高校在专业设置管理中的定位,专业设置管理的制度设计可从建立人才需求预测机制、专业目录发布机制、专业调整灵活机制、专业预警退出机制和专业成长有效机制等方面进行探讨。
Since the founding of People's Republic of China, specialty management in universities has experienced three stages. In the new era, we need to clear the position of government, market and colleges in specialty management. The system design of specialty management should be discussed from establishing the prediction mechanism of personnel, demand, the publication mechanism of specialty directory, the flexible mechanism of specialty adjustment, the specialty warning and exit mechanism, the effective mechanism of specialty growth and other aspects.
