摘要
大学生是一群特殊政治群体,他们强烈的政治热情和政治认知与参与能力不足之间的矛盾,是其政治参与现状的一个主要问题。基于"意义"与"问题"两个思维向度,析解大学生政治参与的意义图式和现实镜像:意义导向侧重分析大学生政治参与对政治合法性、和谐社会建设、政府和高校治理有效性、大学生政治社会化等方面的价值意义;问题导向坚持应然和实然的辩证统一,以应然形态的价值追求考量实然形态的实践过程,分析当下大学生政治参与的特征及存在的问题,对于改进、增强大学生的有序政治参与能力和水平具有重要的意义。
Based on the two dimensions of thinking-＂ meaning＂ and ＂problem＂, this paper analyzes the reality and significance of students＇ participation in political affairs. The dimension of meaning focuses on analyzing the valuesand significance of college students＇ participation in political affairs to the political legitimacy, the promotion of har- monious society, the governance effectiveness of governments and colleges as well as the political socialization ofstudents. While adhering to the dialectical unity of ideal condition and real practice, the dimension of ＂problem＂ evaluates the process of real practice by the value pursuit of ideal condition, and analyzes the features and primaryproblems of college students＇ participation in political affairs.
