摘要
以6种常见园林树木为研究对象,采用盆栽控制沼液灌溉量的方法,以重金属含量为指标研究了不同树种对沼液灌溉的响应机制。试验结果表明:沼液灌溉可提高土壤有效Cu含量,各处理差异均达到极显著水平;垂丝海棠、木槿、樱花、桂花土壤Pb含量随沼液浓度增加而递增,最大值出现在10 L,而法青、女贞土壤Pb含量则呈现先增加后下降的趋势,最大值出现在6 L;落叶树种垂丝海棠、木槿、樱花土壤Cr含量呈现先增加后下降的趋势,最大值8 L处理;常绿树种法国冬青、桂花、女贞土壤Cr含量随沼液浓度增加而增加,最大值在10 L出现。表明沼液施入可提高土壤重金属含量,但其增加在土壤环境质量标准(GB15618-1995)范围内。沼液的添加能有效实现沼液的资源化利用,同时不会对土壤和植物造成重金属污染风险。
In this paper,6 kinds of garden trees were used to study the response mechanism of spraying biogas slurry,using pot control slurry irrigation method.The result showed that: Soil Cu content increased with increasing of biogas slurry concentration;which had significant difference from each other.Soil Pb content of Malus halliana,Hibiscus,Cherry,Osmanthus increased with increasing of spraying biogas slurry.It's maximum value appeared in 10 L,while which of Viburnum awabuki、Ligustrum lucidum appear in 8 L,Cr content of deciduous species increased at first and decreased afterwards.It reached the maximum value in 8 L,while Cr content of evergreen tree increased and reached the maximum value in 10L.That's main all the mentioned heavy metals content increased with increasing of spraying biogas slurry,but which were below the limit of the National Soil Safety Standard(GB15618—1995).It indicated that an appropriate application of biogas slurry in soil-plant system achieved the resource utilization while no heavy metal contamination was pressured to soil and plant.
