亚急性甲状腺炎的典型超声表现 被引量：4

摘要 以间断发热、咽部不适为首发症状的亚急性甲状腺炎极易误诊为上呼吸道感染，但两者的治疗方法截然不同，临床应高度关注。 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料选择2008年6月～2012年3月我院诊治的25例亚急性甲状腺炎患者，其中男5例，女20例，年龄15～57岁。7例经手术病理组织学诊断，其余18例结合临床及实验室检查行治疗性诊断，治疗后随访复查，治疗有效及基本痊愈而明确诊断。所有患者均表现为颈部甲状腺部、咽部疼痛或不适、伴有低热、其中4例伴头痛。特征性表现为甲状腺部位的疼痛和压痛，常向颌下耳后或颈部等处放射，咀嚼和吞咽时疼痛加重。
