The paper elaborates the application of audio-video materials in library service from the aspects of helping readers to learn foreign language, broaden horizons, improve ability to innovate thinking, enrich campus cultural life, and cultivate comprehensive quality. It also emphasizes that the audio-video material service is an innovation of library＇ s educational function, as well as expansion and extension of reader service.
