摘要
将硅烷偶联剂KH-570对Fe3O4纳米粒子进行表面改性后,采用紫外光谱仪、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段进行表征。结果表明硅烷偶联剂KH-570可有效地进行Fe3O4表面改性,改性后粒子平均粒径为50 nm,磁响应性良好,并在此基础上制得磁性高分子微球。
KH-570 was used to modify the surface of Fe3O4 nano-particles.The analysis technology of FT-IR and SEM were used to test the properties of modified Fe3O4 nano-particles.The result showed that the silane coupling agent KH-570 can be effectively modified Fe3O4 nano-particles.At the same time,the modified nanoparticles had good magnetic-sensitive,and its average size was about 50 nm.On the basis of the modification,magnetic polymer microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization.
