摘要
综述了列管式反应器热点温度的控制方法,包括调节催化剂活性、优化反应器设计和优化操作参数,重点探讨了影响反应器热稳定性和参数敏感性的因素,为列管式反应器的开车及热点温度的控制提出了切实可行的方法。
The hot-spot temperature control methods of tubular reactor were summarized,including adjusting catalyst activity,optimizing reactor design and operating parameters.The factors affected the reactor thermal stability and parametric sensitivity was investigated in particular,practical way about power-on of tubular reactor and hot-pot temperature control was proposed.
