摘要
本文以沙芥属蔬菜沙芥(Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaerth.)和斧翅沙芥(P.dolabratum Maxim.)为材料,在温室条件下人工控制6个沙埋深度,研究沙芥与斧翅沙芥种子萌发和出苗对沙埋深度的响应。结果表明:沙埋深度显著影响沙芥和斧翅沙芥的种子的萌发和出苗。沙子表面的种子不能萌发。沙芥与斧翅沙芥在2cm和4cm的浅层沙埋时,种子萌发率、出苗率和出苗速率最高,休眠率和死亡率最低,且沙芥种子的萌发率、出苗率和出苗速率高于斧翅沙芥种子,而休眠率和死亡率低于斧翅沙芥种子;沙芥种子在沙埋深度超过8cm、斧翅沙芥种子在沙埋深度超过4cm后,种子的萌发率和出苗率显著降低,休眠率和死亡率显著上升。总体上,种子平均萌发率、平均出苗率和平均出苗速率与沙埋深度呈显著负相关,种子平均休眠率和平均死亡率与沙埋深度呈显著正相关,沙芥的耐沙埋能力大于斧翅沙芥,这种差异也与沙芥种子千粒重大于斧翅沙芥有关。
Sand burial is a common phenomenon in sand dune ecosystems all over the world.Although many studies concerning the effects of sand burial on seed germination and seedling emergence have been conducted in many parts of the world,such studies are rare in Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth.and P.dolabratum Maxim.of Pugionium Gaertn.Experiments were conducted under controlled conditions in greenhouse to study the effects of sand burial on seed germination and seedling emergence of Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth.and P.dolabratum Maxim.For each species,a set of experiments were conducted under the combination of one of six depths of sand burial(0cm,2cm,4cm,8cm,12cm,16cm).The results showed that sand burial depth had significant effects on seed germination and seedling emergence of Pugionium cornutum(L.)Gaerth.and P.dolabratum Maxim.The highest percentage of germinated seeds,emerged seedlings and emergence rate and the lowest percentage of dominated seed and dead seed occurred at 2 cm and 4 cm burial depth.Few seeds lying on the surface of the sand germinated,and those that did germinate,could not anchor their roots into the soil and seedlings did not establish successfully.As burial depth increased from 8 cm to 16 cm(Pugionium cornutum(L.) Gaerth.) and from 4cm to 16cm(P.dolabratum Maxim.),the percentage of seeds that germinated and emerged significantly declined,a higher number of seeds remained dormant,even dead.The average percentage of germinated seeds,emerged seedlings and emergence rate had significant negative correlation with burial depth,the average percentage of dormancy seed and mortality seed showed significant positive correlation with sand burial depth.Compared P.cornutum to P.dolabratum.from sand buring depth,the tolerance ability of sand buring of P.cornutum was stronger than that of P.dolabratum,the difference of tolerance ability of sand buring was related that 1000-kernel weight of P.cornutum was weighted than that of P.dolabratum
