摘要
目的:探讨米非司酮联合利凡诺对中期引产孕妇血清hPL、SP-1、IGFBP-1、VEGF及免疫球蛋白水平影响。方法:选取2011年3月～2012年9月于本院采用米非司酮联合利凡诺进行中期引产的31例孕妇为观察组,同期单纯采用利凡诺进行引产的31例孕妇为对照组,后将两组孕妇引产前及用药后24h、产后12h的血清hPL、SP-1、IGFBP-1、VEGF及免疫球蛋白水平进行比较。结果:观察组用药后24h、产后12h的血清hPL、SP-1及VEGF均低于对照组,IGFBP-1高于对照组,免疫球蛋白高于对照组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:米非司酮联合利凡诺对中期引产孕妇血清hL、SP-1、IGFBP-1、VEGF及免疫球蛋白水平影响较单纯采用利凡诺者更大。
Objective. To study the influence of mifepristone combined with rivanol on the serum hPL,SP-I,IGFBP-1, VEGF and immunoglobulin of pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy abor- tion. Methods：A total of 31 pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy abortion by mifepristone com- bined with rivanol admitted from March 2011 to September 2012 were selected as observation group,and 31 pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy abortion by only rivanol at the same time were selected as control group, then the serum hPL, SP-1, IGFBP-1, VEGF and immunoglobulin of two groups before the abortion,24 h after administration and 12 h after the abortion were compared. Results： The serum hPL, SP- 1,and VEGF of observation group after giving the drugs 24 h after administration and 12 h after the abor-tion were significantly lower than those of control group,IGFBP-1, IGFBP-1 were higher than those of con- trol group,immunoglobulin were higher than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions：The treat- ment of mifepristone combined with rivanol has more significant influence on the serum hPL,SP-1, IGFBP- 1,VEGF and immunoglobulin of pregnant women with mid-trimester pregnancy abortion than that with only rivanol.
