摘要
对比不同人力资源管理对象的观点,重新界定人力资源管理的对象既不是"人力资源",也不是"人力资产"或"人力资本",而是"人的活动及安排与评估"。该定义有助于个人成长,有助于组织的发展从"单赢"价值观念走向"双赢"或"多赢",同时也有助于人力资源管理的实施,操作性与实效性更强。
Compared with different views of the object of human resource management, this paper redefines the object of human re- sources management that is neither the human resources nor the "human assets" or "human capital", but "the peo- ple~ activities and arrangements, and assessment. " This definition helps personal growth and contributes to the develop- ment of the organization from the "the single win" values toward a "win -win" values, and also contributes to the im- plementation of human resources management with enhanced operability and effectiveness.
