摘要
目的应用无抽搐电休克的方法对于精神科患者进行治疗,观测治疗效果。方法将92例精神科随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规药物治疗的方法治疗,治疗组采用常规药物以及无抽搐电休克治疗,讨论治疗前后血压、心率、总有效率、治疗前后评分以及并发症等指标。结果治疗组血压、心率、总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗组治疗前后评分低于对照组,并且血压、心率、总有效率以及治疗前后评分指标存在显著性差异,治疗组与对照组并发症发生不存在显著性差异。结论应用无抽搐电休克治疗精神科疾病安全有效,有研究以及推广的价值。
Objective We cure patients by using electric shock without tic method and observe curative effect.Methods According to the random rules,first,we divided 92 patients into treatment group and control group,second,we cure patients of control group with normal drugs and cure patients of treatment group with normal drugs and electric shock without tic method,at last,we discuss blood pressure,heart rate,the total effective rate,complication index score.Results The treatment group blood pressure,heart rate and the total effective rate,score before and after treatment were higher than that of control group,treatment group and control group complications does not exist significant difference.Conclusion Using electric shock without tic method in treating psychiatric disease is safe and effective and deserve researching and promoting of its value.
